Of a german-hispanic (Munich/Barcelona) father and a murcian mother (Murcia/Southern Spain) Artur was born in Barcelona (Spain) in 1993. Since he was a child he has already shown an amazing musical ability and a prodigious talent as a multiversatile singer, and at that age he fell in love artistically with Elvis Presley, who from that precise moment became an idol and the figure that will make up the musical soul of the future artist and showman “ARTUR MULET”.
His family moved to Torrevieja (Alicante/Spain) when he was a child, where he discovered his passion for the classical music and the opera singing, but he wouldn’t realize that he could sing that kind of music until he was a teenager.
Being a teenager (Artur that has always been a self-taught guy) learns how to play the guitar and slowly starts as an Opera, Jazz Swing, Big Band or Rock & Roll singer. In 2015 he moved to Barcelona after finishing his tourism studies and after deciding that he wanted to become a professional singer and artist. In Barcelona he also finished his studies as a dietist and improved the five different languages that he can defend and speak (Spanish, Catalan, English, German and French).
Artur by living in Barcelona never disengages from Torrevieja (which he considers as his native city), where he grows up becoming an international artist by doing many different shows as a showman on many theatres, auditoriums, casinos and parties reaching a total number of 535 shows and collaborations with the “Orfeón de Torrevieja Choir”(where he met Mario Bustillo wich is the Chorus Master and a very important person in Artur’s training and improvement).
Now Artur Mulet presents us an own musical “Crooner Album” with a different spin on it that remind us to Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley or Tony Bennett called “YOU LOOK AMAZING EVERY NIGHT”, that consists of 10 amazing songs of which he has composed the lyrics in some of them.
That project is managed by the great producer and composer Sergi Pérez Berk (OBK La Union, Berk & The Virtual Band) and we can find many different styles as Bossa-nova (She is the lady “his first single), Jazz Swing or Big Band.
Being aware that it is a musical style that goes against the current in the current music scene, Artur Mulet shows us this groundbreaking and risky project, where we can find from some own songs to some wonderful versions of very famous hits as “Can’t take my eyes off of you”, “Take on me” or “Viva la Vida”, with a brilliant and high-quality end result.
The album “You look amazing every night” will finally be released at the end of 2021.
